Description
As an Account Coordinator, Paid Media, your primary function will be to provide vital production support for your account team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Running and formatting performance reports
- Implementing account tasks and optimizations
- Building and uploading campaigns
- Participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations
Account Coordinators will become responsible for 2-3 accounts and will learn DEPT®'s best practices for Paid Search Engine Marketing while gaining the foundational skills necessary to progress into more advanced roles.
Proficiency Expectations:
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including essential spreadsheet functions and formulas
- Proficiency in Paid Media, including navigating UIs, pulling reports, implementing tasks, and uploading campaigns
- Experience across Google search, display, and/or app campaigns
- Experience with a combination of these campaign types: UAC, ACi, Google app campaigns, GDN campaigns, performance max, discovery campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing
Growth Expectations:
- Report write-ups: identifying performance trends, understanding metrics, and developing write-ups
- Bid adjustments: understanding different bidding methodologies and strategies
- Daily performance monitoring: understanding what to look at within platforms daily
- Budget pacing: updating, monitoring, and communicating budget pacing performance
- Campaign builds: developing suggestions on the best method to build out a campaign
- Pixels: creating, pulling, and QA'ing pixels, tracking, remarketing, and list creation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $47,900-$60,000 USD.
