Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) team. As an Analyst, you will perform due diligence assessments, create threat management reports, and provide research and expertise to the national security community, the US military, law enforcement, and the private sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site client support, including client inquiries, ad hoc reporting, research, and advice on analytic methods.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using public records, proprietary data, social media data, and other open-source data to provide insightful guidance to clients.
• Develop expertise in TRSS proprietary data and technology solutions, and effectively communicate actionable insights through various media.
• Collaborate with client managers and TRSS analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate personal accountability and ownership of work, with an emphasis on accomplishing complex tasks and projects.
• Participate in analytic development, mentorship, training, and developing best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in research and analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using public records, open-source, and social media for research and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
• Background in risk assessments, financial risk reviews, and/or Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews preferred.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, private equity deals, and/or venture capital deals preferred.
• Strong reading and writing skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with project teams and clients in a professional manner.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
