Description
We are seeking a Market Intelligence and Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to work on projects and routines related to Market Intelligence (MI) and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), in partnership with Marketing and Commercial areas.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to sales performance and market trends;
- Support the journey to continuously improve our execution excellence, seeking relevant deliveries aligned with business strategy;
- Provide support in managing CRM, extracting data, and generating analyses;
- Elaborate reports, dashboards, and/or KPIs on sales team performance;
- Analyse market data to understand its behaviour and competitive trends;
- Support the sales force award process, along with the responsible supplier;
- Develop models to solve business problems and/or processes;
- Have in-depth knowledge and ability to utilise secondary sources of market data;
- Ensure data quality and integration, as well as consistency of published reports;
- Maintain good relationships with external service providers to maximise the profitability of acquired solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in MI and SFE, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of CRM tools;
- Familiarity with market audits (MDTR, DDD, PMB/FMB, etc.);
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI;
- Intermediate English level;
- Analytical, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
