Description
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team as a Multi Trade Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our properties in Merton and surrounding areas.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be expected to have skills in repairing and installing UPVC windows and doors, as well as other trades. You must be a reliable and experienced Carpenter who can provide good customer care.
In return for your hard work, we offer a salary of £34,359 - £42,759 per annum, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a company van, tools, a company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
