Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Day Services Support Worker to join our team at The Crescent Day Service, a service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Day Services Support Worker, you will be expected to work as a Co-keyworker to service users, supporting them to engage in meaningful activities that offer quality outcomes. You will need to have good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, as well as some experience in a day service or social care setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting service users with personal care needs
- Providing lunchtime support
- Maintaining overall hygiene
- Promoting individuals' independence, choice, dignity, health, and wellbeing
We are looking for people who are compassionate, able to communicate effectively, and motivated to ensure a high quality of care and support is provided.
