Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers in discovering pieces that resonate personally
- Ensure positive customer experiences, promoting services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
- Participate in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house, including display inventory and sellable inventory
- Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld
- Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive and engaging work environment
