Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales in-store.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
- Achieve sales targets through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
- Reflect the brand values and customer base.
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences and showcase product knowledge.
Main Duties:
- Sales: Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness through product demonstrations and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Customer Service: Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service.
- Team Work: Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
- Operations: Ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
