Senior Product Manager, Identity

About the Role

Anduril's Identity Engineering team builds and runs systems that decide who gets access to what across the company: SSO, access requests and reviews, device trust, and automation. As a Senior Product Manager, Identity, you'll own the identity roadmap, making decisions on what the team builds and in what order. You'll work closely with customers, prioritize requests, and ensure that what you ship makes people's lives better.

What You'll Do

• Own the identity roadmap end to end, prioritizing hundreds of competing requests from across the company.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, saying no when necessary while maintaining relationships.
• Adapt off-the-shelf tools to fit Anduril's needs, turning platforms into products that match how teams work.
• Lead flagship initiatives like role-based access bundles and run rollouts like launches.
• Use operational data and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions and improve the user experience.
• Write PRDs, define success metrics, and report progress to engineering and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally on identity, access management, or security platform products.
• Proven track record of owning a roadmap and its outcomes.
• Technical depth to communicate effectively with engineers on identity, access management, and security.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity vendors or workforce identity programs at a large or fast-growing company.
• Background in internal platform products where adoption must be earned or mandated.
• Leadership experience in consolidation or standardization efforts across multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations or automation.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $167,000-$222,000 USD per year.
