Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales role. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain all necessary tools to execute daily plans
- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
