Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge
- Business Acumen: Understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
- In-Route Support: Assist Account Sales Managers with daily priorities and meet key performance indicators
- Off-Route Support: Support the team with audits, merchandising, and building displays
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
