You will ensure that appropriate documentation is issued promptly, instructions are provided to suppliers and all claim records are maintained to the highest standard.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain organised and focused while working under pressure.

  • Insurance Qualifications: APA qualification, or working towards APA, is desirable.
  • Motor Claims Knowledge: Understanding of motor claims processes, policy structures and claims classifications would be beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, brokers and colleagues.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to delivering excellent customer service and creating positive customer outcomes.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organised with strong administrative skills and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making: Able to assess information, identify appropriate next steps and make informed decisions within agreed processes.
  • Technology Skills: Confident using databases and IT systems, with strong data entry and record management capabilities.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: A proactive team player who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and maintaining a positive approach under pressure.
