We are seeking a Healthcare Relations Manager to ensure regional market access for our portfolio and actively shape collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the German healthcare system.
Job Summary: As a Healthcare Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible regional market access for GSK products in the Specialty, Oncology, and Vaccines areas.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal regional market access for GSK products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with external stakeholders
- Develop and implement cooperation approaches with health insurance companies
- Analyze opportunities and hurdles of regional control instruments
- Develop solution-oriented contract concepts and strategies
- Provide continuous support to internal and external sales teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Market Access and CGA teams
- Analyze trends and developments in the healthcare system
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a healthcare-related department or similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Completed studies in healthcare, pharmacy, natural sciences, economics, or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system and experience in collaborating with external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High willingness to travel within the region
- Very good German and English language skills
Benefits:
- Salary range: EUR 90,750 to EUR 151,250 per year
- Annual bonus and eligibility to participate in share-based long-term incentive program
