As a Python Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering team who is responsible for developing core business products and getting them to production in the most efficient and fastest way possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing treasury automation product
- Building and improving time series models for forecasting cash flow
- Debugging production issues related to forecasting, configuration, data flow
- Ensuring reliability and uptime of the service
- Improving engineering standards and holding a high bar for code quality and simplicity
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals when it comes to dealing with API, web and backend systems
- Bias towards shipping early and iterating
- Experience with python and pytest
- Math and statistical background, in particular experience with time series forecasting or eagerness to dig into it
- Experience with Vue.js and jest
- Experience in creating and optimizing complex SQL queries
