This is a full-time remote position with morning, evening, and weekend scheduling. Qualified candidates must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.
As a Mental Health Therapist at Minute Clinic, you will have autonomy to build and grow the practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing. You will provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13+. You will have access to evidence-based care, assessment, and treatment planning tools to elevate and support patient care.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Current, active, and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills

Pay Range $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
