We are seeking a Group Manager for Licensing Electricity and Electrical Analysis at Forsmark Power Group. You will lead a team of eight experienced professionals whose work directly impacts safe, stable, and efficient electricity production. The team focuses on plant design, safety reporting, primary radiation safety reviews, and electrical analysis. As Group Manager, you will have personnel, operational, and budget responsibilities. Your main task is to create the right conditions for the team to handle today's needs and long-term technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, prioritize, and follow up on the group's activities based on goals, safety requirements, and economic frameworks
• Develop employees and ensure the group's long-term competence in electrical, I&C, safety reviews, and electrical analysis
• Create conditions for close collaboration between the group, operations organization, projects, and other technical functions
• Ensure quality and long-term sustainability in the group's technical deliveries, methods, and working methods
• Translate business needs and goals into clear priorities for the group
• Contribute to the development of Forsmark's facilities with a focus on safety, availability, and efficiency

Requirements:

• Master's or civil engineering degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience
• Experience leading people or operations, with responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and following up on work
• Experience in a technically complex environment and ability to understand advanced technical issues
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and pedagogically to different target groups
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is beneficial if you have:

• Experience in nuclear power or other safety-critical and technically complex environments
• Knowledge of reactor safety, electrical systems, I&C, safety reporting, or design processes
• Previous personnel and budget responsibility
• Leadership or management training
