Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations.
- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing practices.
Requirements
- Experience with server-side development using Python, building APIs, microservices architecture, and data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of infrastructure as code, containerisation (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the entire application stack.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, closures, promises, async/await, and functional programming concepts.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Gen AI chatbots and AI agents.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools across the stack.
