Description
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap definition, and market innovation. This role combines product management expertise with AML domain knowledge to deliver industry-leading capabilities that help financial institutions detect suspicious activity, investigate alerts efficiently, and meet global regulatory reporting obligations.
The ideal candidate is both a product leader and an AML practitioner who understands how effective monitoring programs are designed, how investigators work cases, how regulators evaluate AML controls, and how transaction monitoring platforms must evolve to address emerging financial crime typologies.
You will own product development plans and represent features within the cross-functional team. You will be proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need, based on your deep understanding of the customer & market. You will prioritize and communicate production customer issues defects based on relevant data for timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap capabilities informed by regulatory developments, industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Actively gather data from multiple sources to drive effective solutions to business problems and strategic issues
- Serve as a thought leader for financial crime compliance platform
- Identify emerging market opportunities and translate them into product investments
- Interact with customers regularly, and thoroughly understand AML use cases
- Write functional specification documents to a high standard with inclusion of product user workflows
- Develop go-to-market strategy and launch plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders
- Work in an Agile Scrum environment
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and understand each of the features in RiskNarrative product suite to measure the impact of changes
- Strong product management expertise, including product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, and commercial execution
- Experience working with Financial Crime and AML
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating complex business problems into scalable product solutions
- Prioritize hypothesis-driven product evaluation strategies
- Is energized by complex issues and problems that require creative solutions
- An expert in gathering accurate and detailed client/internal stakeholder requirements for product development
- Demonstrate ability to understand technical language i.e. REST, JSON, XML and accurately communicate to non-technical staff
- Be self-motivated with a drive to succeed whilst demonstrating excellent teamwork
- Creates an atmosphere of continual improvement
- Keeps team informed of all relevant information affecting the organization
- Delivers presentations clearly and with high impact

Salary:
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700
