Description
Asda is seeking an experienced Experimentation & Optimisation Coordinator to join their Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will help shape and improve the customer journey across George.com.
The role involves developing and delivering A/B testing strategies and experimentation roadmaps, identifying optimisation opportunities using customer insight, analytics, and performance data, designing and implementing experiments, analysing test results, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering A/B testing strategies and experimentation roadmaps
- Identifying optimisation opportunities using customer insight, analytics, and performance data
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring experiments across the website
- Analysing test results and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders
- Managing and optimising product recommendation strategies and personalisation activity
- Partnering closely with Product, UX, Design, and Digital teams to support key initiatives
- Using customer behaviour data to identify journey pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Balancing multiple priorities across BAU activity and strategic change programmes
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering A/B testing and experimentation programmes, a strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), experience using experimentation platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
