Description
We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Richmond Villages Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents during mealtimes. The role involves setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the restaurant and café areas are tidy and meet high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
- Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
- Preparing trays and providing room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Serving drinks at the bar as required
- Ensuring that the restaurant and café are tidy and meet all high standards
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident's rooms, restocking resident's personal kitchens or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village.
Requirements:
- You are a person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people's lives.
- You have a background in customer service, and potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles, though not essential as training is provided.
- You excel in communication and thrive in a tight-knit team setting, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
