Description
We are seeking a Senior / Lead Member of Technical Staff - AI Research to join our team at Salesforce. As a leader in AI research, you will work closely with ware engineers, product managers, and solution engineers to design, implement, and iterate agentic AI systems with customers.
You will innovate at the frontier of the field, creating new solutions and defining new categories of product with meaningful impact to Salesforce customers and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic AI systems with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
- Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices
- Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context
- Critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance
Requirements:
- Exceptional engineering skills
- Deep ML knowledge with meaningful implementation track records
- Strong proficiency in Python; solid experience with C++ and/or Java
- Experience building production-quality systems
- Practical experience with LLMs and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks
- Experience deploying ML systems using Docker and cloud platforms
