Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our Transport Division as part of the Technical Support Team. The successful candidate will provide an effective support and administration service to our Highways Team and to the wider Transport Service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling calls and service requests
  • Providing admin support
  • Processing licence applications

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator, and have energy and great organisational skills.

This is an 18-month secondment opportunity with a salary of GBP 32,535 - 33,987 per year.
