Starbucks Barista

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target means being part of a team that provides a consistent experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food to specification
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the dining area and equipment
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain accurate inventory records
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
