This is an opportunity to join the Newham Clozapine Clinic team on a part-time and fixed-term basis initially. The main duties of the job include:
- Running a Phlebotomy Clinic for patients on Clozapine medication in Newham
- Providing a consistently high standard of mental health care to people in Newham, working with a defined caseload based on up-to-date nursing theory
- Liaising with other care providers in Newham to facilitate a comprehensive service for individual clients
- Promoting and maintaining a specific focus and interest in the care of people with long-term and service mental health needs
- Liaising and working closely with in-patient services in Newham to promote a seamless service
The salary for this position ranges from £45,953 to £54,254 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience.
