Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides a full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.
The Strategic Equity Transactions Group structures, markets, and executes bespoke equity transactions for corporations, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals.
As an Associate in this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients focused on delivering advice on equity capital markets issuances and opportunities. You will create and deliver high-value-added financial analysis to targeted clients and prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $175,000-225,000.
