We are seeking a Customer Consultant (m/f/d) Securities to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide demand-oriented advice on our broad range of investment and precautionary products, with a focus on securities business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing independent advice to customers on securities products
- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Taking responsibility for the care of customers in one or more branches
- Working closely with the branch teams
- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on all matters related to securities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Completed banking training or comparable qualification
- Certified investment advisor qualification or willingness to obtain it
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work
- Knowledge of economic relationships and capital markets
