Description
As a Fall Protection Specialist at 3M, you will develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for fall protection products.
You will conduct product demonstrations, safety presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
You will serve as the subject matter expert within the territory for fall protection standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ASSP, AGC), and best practices.
You will collaborate with training, portfolio, activation, and technical teams to support key initiatives and product launches.
You will maintain accurate records of activities, opportunity pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce).
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
The expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
