Pharmacy Technician

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Butler, PA. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within our store. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting them with their healthcare needs and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacy team with daily operations, including filling prescriptions, answering phones, and serving patients
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to CVS Health's standards for safety and quality
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• Must be at least 16 years of age (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement)
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
