Description
We are seeking an experienced Uppdragsansvarig Byggnadskonstruktion to join our team in Stockholm. As an Uppdragsansvarig, you will have overall responsibility for projects, leading internal work, and communicating with clients on contractual and financial matters. You will plan and drive technical issues, coordinate and lead daily project work with engineers and designers in your team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inquiry to completion, ensuring delivery meets client and WSP expectations
- Coordinate project work with external contacts
- Manage client relationships and be responsive to their challenges and needs
- Have broad and deep knowledge of building construction
- Enjoy sharing knowledge with younger colleagues and contributing to their development
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in building construction, preferably in a consulting role
- Civil or high school engineer degree in building construction or similar
- Experience with Tekla or Revit and calculations
- Excellent Swedish language skills in speech and writing; good English skills also beneficial
- Leadership and sales skills to drive projects forward
