Job Overview Working at Target means being part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. As a seasonal team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining store operations.
Hourly Rate: $18.25 USD per hour
Responsibilities As a seasonal team member, you will:
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Deliver exceptional guest service, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands This role requires:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
