Senior UX Designer, Monetization

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer on the Monetization Team at Twitch, you will lead design work at the program level, collaborate with senior partners, represent work to executive leadership, and guide junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers
• Conduct research with streamers and viewers to understand their needs and desires
• Creatively solve problems to sustain streamers' communities
• Develop and improve design patterns and approaches
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions
• Mentor and grow junior designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in UX design, focusing on content discovery and engagement experiences
• Strong interaction design and visual craft skills, including mobile experience prototyping
• Experience with AI tooling in design workflows
• Familiarity with streaming, broadcasting software, and UGC content creation
• Proven collaboration skills with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
• Ability to impact product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong aesthetic sense and decision-making skills
• Empathy for users and their software experiences
• Expertise with Figma
