As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, accurately handling transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and career development
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Schedule:
- Anticipated weekly hours: 20
- Time type: Part-time
- Shift flexibility: All shifts are flexible, Monday to Sunday, 12 pm - 10 pm
- Weekend shift frequency: Every other weekend required
Compensation:
- Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00
