Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Director Engineering, Application Security & Red Teaming to lead a critical team that finds and mitigates security threats.
As a highly technical leadership role, you will oversee red team activities, penetration testing, and application security assessments. You will report to the Vice President of the Enterprise Security Team and collaborate with various teams across EA, including vulnerability management, incident response, and security operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emerging threats and conducting attacks on applications and infrastructure
- Designing and developing scripts, frameworks, and tools for security assessments
- Participating in attack analysis and incident response
- Assembling and coordinating with teams to resolve security incidents
- Communicating mission status and Red Team activities to leadership
- Mentoring and training junior staff
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and technical expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with security programs, automation frameworks, and technical tools such as Cobalt Strike, BURP, and Bloodhound
- Knowledge of web penetration testing, database management, network protocols, operating systems, and development
