Junior Private Banker

We are seeking a Junior Private Banker to join our team in Pisa. As a Junior Private Banker, you will initially work alongside an experienced banker to develop the necessary skills to manage your own portfolio of clients, providing a service tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Private Banker in managing relationships with clients in the reference channel.
• Ensure administrative management of clients, following the guidelines provided by the relevant department.
• Manage a assigned portfolio of clients directly after a suitable period of accompaniment and acquiring adequate skills.
• Handle client relationships with autonomy and authority in ordinary and extraordinary operations.
• Manage and update all relevant information related to client relationships reliably, punctually, and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Law.
• Excellent knowledge of main Office package tools.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to interact autonomously with clients.
• Previous experience in the Private Banking sector in Middle Office, Staff, or Business Support structures.
• Consolidated experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenges, ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and generated outputs.
