Description
Join our team as an Echo/Vascular Technician at Saint George Regional Hospital. We're seeking an experienced technician to provide exceptional care. The role involves working full-time, 40 hours a week, with rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Eligible to take the ARDMS or CCI boards in cardiac or vascular sonography within one year of hire date.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Participating in and/or graduate of accredited or certificate program.
- The role has different levels (I, II, III) with varying requirements for certifications, registries, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Echo, Vascular, or Pediatric registries.
Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment.
- Expected to lift and utilise full range of movement to transfer patients.

Pay Information
- The hourly range for this position is $39.16 - $60.42.
