The Vattenfall Next Energy Nord GmbH is looking for a SHK Meister:in to join our team in Hamburg.
Your tasks:
- Provide technical and organisational leadership to the SHK team at the site
- Be responsible for bathroom renovations, pipe renovations, and modernisation projects
- Lead projects from offer creation to successful completion
- Provide technical advice to customers and support sales
- Manage construction sites, material use, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency
- Develop the SHK business area together with the site team
- Accompany and coordinate heat pump projects as part of the performance portfolio
Your profile:
- Qualified as a master craftsman in the SHK sector or comparable qualification
- Experience in project execution in the sanitary, heating, or modernisation sector
- Enjoy taking responsibility and leading a team
- Independent and structured way of working
- Customer-oriented appearance and secure technical understanding
- Ideally, initial experience in the field of heat pumps, but not a requirement
- Driving licence class B
