Planning Solution Senior Analyst - Anaplan

Logitech's Commercial Planning, Performance and Commission Management team is seeking a Planning Solution Senior Analyst - Anaplan to lead the design and delivery of Sales Forecasting solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Anaplan expertise, sales process knowledge, and solution architecture leadership to drive transformation from manual forecasting to an integrated, automated planning ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Specialize in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for offers, claims & actuals
• Build the overall solution of Anaplan through best practices to better build and deploy new modules
• Utilize experience and proactiveness to help develop solutions for automating manual processes
• Support the end-to-end architecture of OneStop sales forecasting models in Anaplan
• Ensure models support complex structures (multi-region, multi-product, long sales cycles)
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and FP&A to define forecasting requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical designs
• Define and manage integrations with: ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for offers, claims & actuals + Data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and alignment across systems
• Challenge and simplify processes to drive standardization and best practices
• Apply knowledge of EPM systems to develop better solutions using Anaplan
• Desire and aptitude to be an active contributor to meetings and projects, both internal to the technology team as well as those assigned throughout the business
• Evaluate and Develop standard functionality in Anaplan to leverage the system for process improvement
• Re-design and develop applications and functionality as required
• Work with the organization's subject matter experts to establish and document business requirements
• Participate in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts and lead teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
• Develop custom new UX dashboards that will generate custom integration solutions
• Drive application development projects as assigned
• Coordinate with architects and Business analysts to determine functionalities

Key Qualifications:

• Overall 6+ years of experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience with Anaplan model building
• Extensive Experience in Anaplan Model Building with exposure to Sales & Operations planning
• Vast knowledge of Modules, Dashboards, Lists, processes, and experience writing complex member formulas and understanding of Data integrity between models
• Experience developing Polaris models, Workflow, data integration using ADO etc.
• Experience implementing solutions using predictive insights
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong technical aptitude, with a high ceiling for further growth
• Proficient in Microsoft office & Google suite products
