We are seeking a Main Grade Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Redbridge Educational Psychology Service (EPS). As an Educational Psychologist, you will be part of a friendly, collaborative, and enthusiastic team delivering a highly regarded psychology service to schools and provisions across the borough.

Key responsibilities include:
- Applying psychology to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families
- Working as part of a team to deliver a psychological service through culturally responsive practice
- Contributing to the development of inclusive systems and early intervention strategies
- Collaborating with schools and other teams to support diverse working opportunities
The salary for this post is £57,730 - £67,779 per year, plus up to 3 SPA points and an additional £2,600 Outer London Weighting. We also offer a recruitment and retention bonus of £2000 (pro rata) after 2 years successful service.
To be eligible for this role, you must be a professionally qualified Educational Psychologist and registered with the HCPC or expecting to have your registration confirmed following the completion of your recognised training course.
