Description
The Cisco Wireless Core RF & Networking PM team drives the software strategy for technologies that make wireless networks work. As a Product Manager for Cisco Wireless, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors + 8 years, or Masters + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years of related experience in Product Management.
- Experience in Wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, UWB).
- Experience with network and change management for deployments.
- Experience defining a product roadmap and requirements.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CWNA/CWDP/CWSP/CWNE.
- Deployment and design experience.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle.

Salary Range: $171,600.00 to $245,000.00
