Description
We're seeking a Sales Coach to join our UK Insurance function at Bupa Place in Salford Quays. As a Sales Coach, you will support sales teams to enhance performance and customer outcomes. You will identify training needs and coaching solutions to improve individual and team speed to competence.
The role involves working with key stakeholders and line managers to identify training and coaching needs, recommending solutions, and delivering them in a structured timetable. You will also design and develop interventions, enrol and engage business partners, and support telephony teams with sales skills and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Coaching experience essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous sales experience in a regulated environment preferred
- Training/Facilitation Skills preferable
- Exposure to senior level management
