Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the store alongside the Store Manager. Your daily focus will be on improving store processes and enthusiastically leading a store team. This involves continuously growing NPS and commercial results in your store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Efficient handling of in-store processes such as cash management, safety, administration, shelf planning, and correct use of systems.
- Driving process improvements using data analysis to gain insights and action points for daily enhancements.
- Leading, coaching, and guiding a store team through involvement in the recruitment process, feedback discussions, performance and appraisal interviews, and attendance management.
- Inspiring your team to achieve and exceed goals, including high NPS targets, while also setting an example by pitching in.
In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,158 and €3,763 for 40 hours, depending on experience.

Requirements include:
- At least HBO level education or equivalent; MBO-4 diploma with relevant experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in retail.
- Experience with management tasks, including coaching colleagues and handling HR duties like interviews and performance discussions.
- Proactive with ideas for optimization and convincing stakeholders.
- Excellent command of Dutch.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong affinity with consumer electronics.
