Description
The Children's Justice Center is a homelike facility serving children and families in crisis due to physical or sexual abuse disclosures.
The Associate Director supervises, plans, coordinates, and directs activities at a Children's Justice Center Satellite under the Executive Director's guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct satellite center activities
- Coordinate services for children and families
- Work closely with the Executive Director and other teams
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, sociology, business management, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative and supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Utah license within 60 days
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fundraising and grant proposal writing
- Experience in public relations

Salary: $86,153.60 - $99,070.40 annually
