Description
Join GDIT as a Collective Staff Trainer, supporting critical government, defense, and intelligence projects. As a trainer, you'll develop and conduct educational programs, apply best practices in staff training, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support training and educational programs for customer personnel.
- Apply best practices in staff training and provide technical and training solutions tailored to Army mission command training.
- Collaborate with Plans, coordinate, and execute unit collective training at various echelons.
- Gather observations and provide input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required.
- Advanced knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and command post operations.
- Experience in operations, planning, and training requirements at a battalion and higher level.
- SECRET clearance required.

Salary Range: $96,569 - $130,651
