Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Dundee Gallagher Retail Park. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
Work Pattern: Tuesday 14:00-18:00 Wednesday 14:00-18:00 Thursday 14:00-18:00 _Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December._
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

- Resilient and committed, thriving in high-pressure environments
- Digitally confident, with ability to use in-store devices and Sparks App
- Flexible and able to work varied shifts
