Join Marks & Spencer's team as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Stevenage Retail Park.
You'll be the backstage powerhouse of their stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This physically demanding role involves managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor.
Responsibilities include:
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Adapting quickly to changing demands, including early mornings and late evenings
The ideal candidate is digitally confident, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 13:00-21:00
- Monday: 13:00-21:00
- Tuesday: 13:00-21:00
- Saturday: 13:00-21:00
Note: Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
