As a Technical Writer, you will create clear and comprehensive documentation for Ajax products, enabling partners and users to quickly deploy and confidently use the system. Your tasks will include:
- Working with various devices, from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems
- Writing technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras
- Collaborating daily with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers
- Preparing documents with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets
- Translating complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content
Responsibilities:
- Write technical specifications and align them with R&D
- Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users
- Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use
- Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise
