The Associate Shipping Representative is an important part of the Employee Cloud team and plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment to clients' employees.
Responsibilities:
- Package and deliver payroll packages
- Maintain client package specifications
- Interact with shipping vendors to ensure materials are shipped timely and efficiently
- Monitor the weekly payroll schedule and alert staff of upcoming deadlines
- Ensure quality control of printed checks and W-2s
- Maintain shipment records and receipts for SOC-1 requirements
- Manage inventory for the Payroll Operations team
- Maintain printing and sealing equipment
- Audit packages prior to shipping
Nice to Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar high-volume, high-accuracy shipping logistics role with UPS/FedEx shipping software experience
- College degree preferred
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work until 8 pm or later a few times a week
The starting pay rate for this role is $18.27-$29.33 USD.
