Starbucks Barista

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a smooth and easy shopping experience for guests
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
• Operating technology equipment, such as handheld scanners and cash registers
• Lifting and moving merchandise, including frequently lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 44 pounds
• Working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience (although not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
