Description
We are seeking a Principal Stormwater Engineer to join our high-performing Auckland water team. As a technical lead, you will pay strong attention to detail in the production of design, drawings, specifications, reports, and other documents associated with stormwater engineering. You will produce practical and buildable designs, liaise with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver complex projects, and delight our clients.
The successful candidate will have a BE in Engineering, a consulting background, CPEng or equivalent, and a minimum of ten years' professional experience in designing stormwater infrastructure. Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or 12D, and other design software, is required. Project management experience and training would be advantageous.
You will have the chance to play a key part in delivering critical infrastructure for our communities in Auckland and across New Zealand, working on transformational projects and programs associated with Blue-Green networks, major transport projects, pipe network and culvert design, water quality design, pond and wetlands, and stream restorations.
