Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect for our Arlington, VA office. As a Senior Architect at WSP, you will work on various projects supporting federal programs in the US and internationally, collaborating with global design teams.
Your Impact
- Perform assignments requiring standard architectural techniques for small to large projects, exercising independent judgement.
- Interact with clients and assist in pursuing new work by leveraging existing relationships.
- Lead design team members in preparing design documents using REVIT and other software.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews in support of the office's Quality Control program.
- Complete designs for projects, prepare architectural working drawings, and related project documents.
- Prepare project specifications, compile and analyse relevant data.
- Conduct site and construction inspections, gather information, and compile reports.
- Assist in proposal development and oversee the work of lower-level architects.
- Exercise responsible decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of related design experience, including federal work.
- Experience managing architectural projects.
- Familiarity with federal standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- US citizenship required.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Proficiency with CADD and REVIT platforms.

Compensation
- Expected salary: $122,700 - $182,200
