Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bristol Longwell Green Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers
Schedule:
- Mondays 12:00-18:00
- Saturdays 16:00-22:00
- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
